About Isabel AMAR-CASTRO

Isabel has more than 25 years of experience and expertise in accounting, payroll and human resources areas. She started her career as an accountant in the large agricultural company in Mexico. She then moved to Switzerland where she pursues her career at Canonica SA in charge of payroll administration for more than 260 employees.

She joined a first rank law firm in 2007 as accountant and BEAU HLB in 2008 as head of payroll services. Promoted Vice-director in 2012, then Deputy-director in 2013, she leads the services line HR & PAYROLL SERVICES.

Isabel’s teams use their expertise and financial acumen on a daily basis to maintain payroll operations, keeping employers accountable and employees paid fairly. Isabel also advices and implements competitive salary and benefits plans for our clients to attract talented employees and make sure companies follow employment laws and directives.

Under our regulated activity of staff leasing, Isabel is also in charge of monitoring staff leasing activity of our company on an international basis as well as assisting extensively clients willing to implement company in Switzerland for staff leasing and/or intragroup employees secondment - Global Employment Company (GEC).
