About Jessica OUAZANA 

After obtaining her law degree in 2008, Jessica continued her studies with the double degree in Business Law, Taxation and Corporate Counsel Diploma (DJCE) which she obtained with honors in 2010. In parallel, she follows and obtains the certificate of specialization in corporate law.

In order to have a global and international vision of the company, she decides to follow a complementary training at the EM Lyon business school where she obtains in 2012 the Specialized Master of International Legal Manager.

Jessica began her professional career in several law firms in France before moving to Geneva in 2013. As soon as she arrived, she was offered a position as a tax specialist by one of the “big four”. During this professional experience, she specialized in taxation and more particularly in international taxation.

She joins the BEAU HLB group in 2015 as a senior consultant. With her professional experience and university education, she advises our Swiss and international clients and is quickly brought to supervise the tax department team.

Promoted to Deputy Director in 2018, she has been managing the TAX service line since 2015 and is now part of the BEAU HLB management team.
