After graduating in Science and Literature from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2001, Johanna moved to Geneva and quickly moved into sales and marketing.

She first started her professional career in cosmetic companies in Geneva before moving into sales. She then confirmed her knowledge in sales and marketing by pursuing further training in Lausanne in 2006.

On the strength of her experience and training, she was entrusted with the management of several clothing shop chains between 2007 and 2010. In 2010, Johanna joined BEAU Fiduciaire with the desire to redirect herself into the administrative sector. She was then given the position of secretary before being quickly promoted in 2011 to the position of Management Assistant.

Following a reorganisation of the team and of the group in 2013, she was given the position of Office Manager of the group. Johanna has thus been responsible for the administrative management of BEAU HLB for almost ten years.
